I've received you payment for the Remote Piano Tuning Service. Thank you.
The next steps are:
1) We need to have our call. (I asked you somewhere for some details on that. If you didn't send me an email with info on how I could call you, CONTACT me now.)
2) Get your tools if you haven't got any.
3) Take the time now to watch some of my free videos on howtotunepianos.com and My YouTube Channel
3) We set a day and get to work.
I am looking forward to meeting you.
Mark Cerisano, RPT, B.Sc.(Mech.Eng.), Dip.Ed.
Things to keep in mind.
1) The idea is to get your piano sounding better in tune. While we hope, and it is possible with my method and instructions, that we may get it sounding better than some technicians could do, the idea is just to improve what it sounds like now.
2) While the fee is non-refundable, I reserve the privilege of refunding it in full if special circumstances warrant.
3) There is always a chance of breaking a string. If that happens, there are ways of dealing with it that are simple and will not cost you extra, but to replace or repair a string will involve another appointment.
4) You will need to schedule 6 hours with no distractions or noise
5) While the service mentions 6 hours, if we get done before then there is no extra services provided. If the piano is not tuned within those 6 hours, there may be an extra cost to continue. It is important that you are able to follow instructions and have good aptitude for this activity to be successful.
5) You need to have a good internet connection. Minimum 5Mbps up and down.
