I have always been more concerned with providing accurate, simple, and easy-to-follow instructions on how to tune a piano than with making money.

Some of the things I have done that prove this are:

1. I created the Association of Piano Technology Schools and Instructors for the purpose of helping people find the best school and training for them if my school wasn't a good fit.

2. I routinely extend the deadline for students if they have not completed the course, instead of the option of requiring them to pay extra.
