Q: I've already paid for a course, membership, etc. Can you give me a discount?
A: As much as I would like to (heck, I'd like to make the site free for everyone), it is already the lowest-priced piano tuning course with the longest access time on the internet.
Q: What's the difference between the Mentor, Accelerated, Video, Monthly, and Lifetime courses?
A: The Mentor and Accelerated have private lessons with personalized feedback. The Video course with feedback does not have private lessons but they do give you personalized feedback. The monthly and lifetime do not have feedback.
The Mentor and Accelerated courses are one year in length. The Video course is two years in length. The lifetime access is valid for your lifetime. The monthly is active as long as you pay.
The Mentor and Accelerated offer certification. The Video, Monthly, and Lifetime do not. That is an extra cost. About $300 per attempt.
Q: How much do the other courses cost?

Q: Should I take the lifetime or the live lessons? I want the feedback and the accountability, but I can't afford the private lessons.

Q: What's the difference between the Mentor and Accelerated Program?
Both programs require students to work through the 22 units and if you do not know the basics of tuning a piano, you will find it very difficult to do this in six months.
I have had people do it with no prior experience, but you have to be interviewed by me first.
Q: I am already a Mentor/Accelerated member. Why would I want to sign up for lifetime access?
A: After the private lessons are finished, you will not have access to the content which is updated regularly. The lifetime membership is, in effect, your membership fee to have access and open communication with the school after you finish your lessons. Even if you don't pass, you can access all the content you need to help you try the final exam again.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
