Tuning a Clean Unison

When a note has two strings, it is called a "Bichord".

The two strings must be tuned to the same pitch to sound good together.

If they are not the same pitch, there will be beats which are a pulsation in volume. (For more instruction on what beats are, SEE THIS FREE LESSON)

Click the [Play Bichord] below.

It is not in tune.

Tune string #2 of the bichord so that the beats disappear.

Remember, if the beats get faster, you are going in the wrong direction.
