The Absolute Easiest Way to Tune a Piano by Ear with Almost NO THEORY!
If you've started learning about piano tuning, you've probably heard things like "4:2 octave", and "partials", and "stretch".
Well, here's the good news: you don't need to know any of that to tune a piano. (I didn't say tune a piano well, but more on that later.)
I created this video to show you the "Peanut Butter on Toast" basic piano tuning method that I developed years ago to get absolute beginners tuning pianos fast!
I mentioned above that this may not help you tune a piano well, but there's something else piano technicians will not tell you. Most people can't tell the difference!
If you want to learn how to tune to a concert level, a noble goal, this won't help. For that, check out my Mentor Program.
But if all you want is to get tuning as fast as possible, this is it.
This is part of my Basic Piano Tuning Course. Check it out. It has all the most basic instruction to get you tuning a piano as soon as possible with the minimum of theory.
