In this test, you are asked to tune a pure 4:2 by listening to the M3, F3A3 and the M10, F3A4.
When they are the same speed, the A3A4 has been tuned as a pure 4:2.
This may not be the best size for this octave. It's just an exercise to see if you can tune a pure 4:2.
In this Level 1 exercise it has been made super simple by posting the M3 speed for you to see. Just make the M3 speed equal to the M10.
