The Go A.P.E. Aural Piano Tuning System is very specific.
If you find an interval that doesn't fit - a P4 that is too noisy, a M3 that slows down when it should speed up, etc. - you are supposed to check the first interval note tuned, the way it was originally tuned.
If you are just starting out learning the sequences, it might be tricky to know how each note was tuned.
Thank you to Brendan for suggesting I create a document that you can easily look up each note and know precisely how it was tuned. It actually is a nice concise way to see the sequences as well.
