As an entrepreneur, there is a new strategy for producing products and services for customers. It is a customer driven approach that solves your customer’s problems.
I will be teaching two classes at the Piano Technicians Guild national convention in July and I will have a table set up in the exhibits area. I hope to be able to provide products and services of interest to piano technicians and piano technology students.
But I do not have much time left. That’s where you come in. I need to know what piano tuning and repair products and services you find valuable.
